Your iPhone/iPad has been unable to reach the internet.
Solutions:
- Verify Airplane mode is disabled/off (indicated by an opaque icon). When Airplane mode is on, you can’t make phone calls, and other wireless functions may be disabled.
- Open Control Center on your iPhone, or on your iPad, then tap the Airplane Mode button to toggle it on/off.

- Connect and verify that your WiFi network is connected and functioning properly.

Make sure that your router is on and that you're within range. If you're too far from your Wi-Fi router, you can't get a signal.

Make sure that Wi-Fi is on and that you can see your network. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and tap the name of your Wi-Fi network to join. A blue checkmark beside a network name means that you're connected.
- If iOS or iPadOS detects an issue with your Wi-Fi connection, you might see a Wi-Fi recommendation under the name of the Wi-Fi network that you're connected to.

- If you still aren't able to connect to the internet, disable your WiFi connection, and utilize cellular data.
- To turn mobile data on or off, go to Settings, then tap Mobile Data or Cellular. If you're using an iPad, you may see Settings > Mobile Data.
- To enable data transmission while making phone calls, you will need to enable that under Settings > Cellular > Enable LTE > Voice and Data. Make sure there is a check next to this category.
