1. Pay Directly with Your FSA/HSA Card
- Simply checkout using your FSA/HSA debit card.
- In some cases, your benefits provider may request additional documentation, which will be available after your sleep test and doctor’s appointment.
2. Get Reimbursed by Your Benefits Provider
- Pay with a personal credit or debit card.
- Submit the required documentation to your benefits provider for reimbursement.
