What is the Happy Ring return policy?

After the completion of your initial Happy Sleep appointment, you can choose to keep or return your Happy Ring.

 

If you choose to keep the ring: Become a member. Track your progress daily. Get insights and ongoing support. 

 

If you choose to return the ring: Request a return shipping label and follow the provided steps to avoid being automatically enrolled in our Happy Sleep Membership. 

 

  • If you don’t return the Happy Ring within 10 days after your initial Happy Sleep appointment, you will be automatically enrolled in a Happy Sleep Membership plan for $19/month until you cancel. Plans are billed upfront and renew annually at $228. You may cancel at any time by emailing careteam@happysleep.com.
  • If your Happy Ring has been delivered and you are inactive* for more than 10 days, you will be automatically enrolled in a Happy Sleep Membership plan for $19/month until you cancel. Plans are billed upfront and renew annually at $228. You may cancel at any time by emailing careteam@happysleep.com.

 

*inactivity includes but is not limited to: not responding to communications from the Happy Sleep Care Team, not pairing your ring, not scheduling an appointment with a Happy Sleep provider, not completing your required nights of sleep recording, etc.
