After the completion of your initial Happy Sleep appointment, you can choose to keep or return your Happy Ring.
If you choose to keep the ring: Become a member. Track your progress daily. Get insights and ongoing support.
If you choose to return the ring: Request a return shipping label and follow the provided steps to avoid being automatically enrolled in our Happy Sleep Membership.
- If you don’t return the Happy Ring within 10 days after your initial Happy Sleep appointment, you will be automatically enrolled in a Happy Sleep Membership plan for $19/month until you cancel. Plans are billed upfront and renew annually at $228. You may cancel at any time by emailing careteam@happysleep.com.
- If your Happy Ring has been delivered and you are inactive* for more than 10 days, you will be automatically enrolled in a Happy Sleep Membership plan for $19/month until you cancel. Plans are billed upfront and renew annually at $228. You may cancel at any time by emailing careteam@happysleep.com.
*inactivity includes but is not limited to: not responding to communications from the Happy Sleep Care Team, not pairing your ring, not scheduling an appointment with a Happy Sleep provider, not completing your required nights of sleep recording, etc.
