Happy Sleep’s at-home sleep test makes diagnosing sleep issues easy with smart ring technology, an intuitive app, and expert doctors.
1. Order Your Test
- Place your order, and we'll send you a sizing kit within 1–3 business days.
2. Set Up Your Account
- Download the Happy Sleep app and complete your profile, including a short questionnaire about your sleep and medical history. Your answers help your doctor tailor recommendations.
3. Find Your Ring Size & Finalize Your Order
- When your sizing kit arrives, follow the instructions to find your best-fitting Happy Ring.
- Enter your ring size in the app to complete your order.
4. Wear Your Happy Ring & Record Your Sleep
- Once your Happy Ring arrives, wear it every night for a 5-night testing period.
- Open the app and tap “Record” before bed to track your sleep data.
- Our Care Team typically gathers enough data in 1–3 nights and will contact you to schedule your virtual doctor’s appointment.
5. Review Your Results & Treatment Options
- Meet with your Happy Sleep doctor to review your results and discuss potential treatments.
- Your doctor can prescribe and order treatment or refer you to a trusted provider.
6. Choose to Keep or Return Your Ring
- After your appointment, you can return the Happy Ring or keep it with an annual membership to continue tracking your sleep progress as part of your treatment plan.
7. Receive Your Final Report
After your test, you'll receive an email with:
- Your doctor’s analysis
- Raw sleep data (if you want to share it with another provider)
- Treatment options summary
- Your prescription (if applicable)
