No charges will be made to your card today. We securely keep your card on file to make future payments simple if there’s a copay, coinsurance, or you decide to move forward with treatment.
Note: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $99 fee. Your card may be used to cover these fees per our User Agreement.
